  We gave a 45% tip (as I was a pizza delivery guy at one point), AND the food was cold, and the pizza included an additional topping we didn't order...hair. I tried calling them for some kind of resolution, and after being on hold for 15 minutes I gave up. I have never given less than 3 stars, so this should speak volumes.

  I have never had any problems with this Pizza Hut. They are always on point when they tell you what time it will arrive at your house. They have also never gotten an order wrong and the delivery drivers are very courteous.I have nothing but great things to say about the Ballantyne Pizza Hut. It is definitely one of the best that delivers to my house. The other is Riccio's Pizza Villa. Both I give 5 stars

  Overpriced food, rude and shitty people. Manager was a complete bitch and hung up after asking for a better deal. Hope they go out of business. Fuck this place and their "pizza."

  The girl that answered when I called was incredibly sweet and nice. She took the time to look up a deal for me. Did I mention it was a Friday night?!? Super busy! But I didn't feel rushed.
  My pizza arrived earlier than anticipated - hot fresh, and delicious! Another plus!
  Great service, fast delivery, tasty pizza - what's not to love!
