  I have lived in the area for about a decade. I have given this restaurant many tries. Each time it is in the ballpark of "the worst chinese food I have ever eaten". But they've been in business since I moved here so somebody must like this trash.

  If you're looking for breaded deep fried chicken covered in greasy sauce, then Chef Kwo is not for you. If you're looking for delicious Chinese food with good cuts of meats and fresh vegetables then you're in the right place. My wife is from NY and i am from London and we have been looking for a decent Chinese place since moving here. 6 years on and we still have not had satisfactory Chinese, that is until I had lunch at Chef Kwo. I had the best General Tso's I've had in forever. So my wife and I go, order 5 things from the menu and loved every single one of them. DELICIOUS!
