  I ordered a large buffalo chicken pizza online in July and still have not received my pizza. They did send me a coupon in the mail (to the wrong address) after I contacted corporate about a refund...for a free large 1-topping pizza. Had to go through my bank for the refund.

  Average. I never leave reviews but this store does not deserve the low rating it currently holds. The estimated delivery time is frequently 2-5 hours but in reality it's never much longer than an hour, which is a perfectly reasonable time frame for a densely populated area. They do have a tendency to forget the flavored crust when ordered (and I don't complain because it's not important) but everyone I've ever dealt with in-store and delivery are wonderful, friendly people. Fairly certain a lot of the poor reviews are from folks who just like to create drama and cannot be pleased with anything.

  I worked in Customer Service so I never leave bad reviews because I understand things happen. But this place literally has by far some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The food has never (not once in the 5 times I've ordered from there) been fresh. The issue with delivery I understand there service a densely populated area but everything else about this place is beyond dissatisfactory. I wouldn't have wasted my time with this review if not for this last time in which I've just canceled my order. I'm not an entitled customer but at least be somewhat mannered.
