Eating in the patio area is not a good experience when the outside temp at Noon is 29 degrees and they can't close the weather panels because they're broken. At least make an effort to close them up with a temp solution, and offer those who have to sit out their a free cookie or something. Food is good, customer service not so much.November 29, 2016
