  Paco's is a hit or miss place. To start things off, great chips and salsa. The drinks are pretty consistent, but the entrees are not. I'm told the enchilada selection are overall pretty good and we have tried most of the tacos and are selective of which ones we like.
  
  This is a place to go when you're in the area and feel like Tex Mex and a noisy atmosphere, not when you're in a foodie mode.

  First time here...drove from Columbia, SC to eat here and it was an absolute disappointment! Let me say that the only reason this review will get 2 stars is because the food is so good and so quick to come out. Good food alone is not always gonna bring the guests back, but great service will! Impeccable service is the other half of the equation in the restaurant/bar business.
  
  We sat at the Bar thinking we would take in the whole "Tequilla" experience, try some different things...etc. etc. The young lady serving us walked up and said "What would you like to drink"? Not "Hi! How are you guys? Have you been here before? My name is so and so". She Never welcomed us...Never asked us how we were doing today...Never even introduced herself which is a big "No No" in the restaurant biz and certainly didn't offer any help when we were a little unsure of what some of the drinks were...that was a perfect opportunity for her to recommend and promote some nice tequilas, etc. Instead we all got a beer and the guys did try a straight tequila.
  
  The food came out quick and certainly didn't disappoint. We decided we wanted a side of sour cream so we ordered it from another server since ours was nowhere to be found...in fact she was never to be found again as she stayed at the other end of the bar...Never came back to check on us or ask us how our meal was...Never offered to refill my water...Never offered us another drink even though 2 of us had empty beer bottles in front of us.
  
  So unfortunate...

  I've been here several times and have always had excellent food. Nice variety on the menu and prices are average. Atmosphere is always nice and there can be a wait at times. My only complaint is customer service is hit and miss. Sometimes they really flop on taking care of you. Ranging from no refills on your drink or not even coming back to your table after your food was served.

  Great food. I sampled the chicken fajitas as well as ordered a bowl of the chicken tortilla soup. It was certainly enough for a whole meal and at $5 it was a steal. I had their version of the skinny margarita and it was up to par and not too sweet. I look forward to trying this place again. They do have the option of making reservations on open table which I recommend because they were busy even on a weeknight.

  The chips in this place, when they're fresh, are DELICIOUS. Sometimes I come just for the chips. They also have freshly made guacamole (made right at the table). I would avoid the wheat tortillas (not great). Shrimp tacos are my favorite.
