  Rude server. The server we had (longish blonde hair) was short with our group (8 people) and extremely slow. Almost purposefully slow.
  
  I have never left a negative review for a restaurant on Google (usually always try to leave reviews for places I like) but this waitress and service was so poor it felt warranted.
  
  Also, the $7 for a Stella felt too much (the menu had it listed at $6, just to be accurate).
  
  There are places with much better service in Charlotte, I'd go elsewhere.

  Although this place is very classy and looked incredibly nice, I cannot say that the service matched. Immediately when we walked through the door, the man checking IDs was very rude. We also called ahead and were told there would be no wait, and when we arrived we waited for over an hour because the hostess forgot about us. When we were finally seated, our waitress was very short and not nice at all. I will not be coming back here. Maybe for the dessert but I won't stay!!!

  Great spot to hang out with a small group or go on a date. The bread pudding dessert was very good and flaky. One of my companions had the Ice Cream Sandwich with bacon...that was interesting.
  Like many popular places in Charlotte, you should expect a wait. Plan ahead.
  Also, this is a popular place for hookah so the crowd does not move quickly.
