  Election Day madness made this place horribly slow and unprofessional. Hunter was awesome and honestly a little over worked. The kitchen staff was rude as hell though. There was hardly any food on the buffet. I ordered a pizza and bread sticks at 12:13 and didn't receive them until 12:46. I also made a small mess at the fountains and was told that there are napkins at the table. No offer to say "hey, I got it," or "no worries, I'll clean it for you." I cleaned it out of courtesy but I don't work here. I apologized for the mess but just got a dirty look. Not very happy with this location.

  We recently visited for a birthday party. Our 3 year old had a great time but they definitely have room for improvement. One particularly trashed table near the games was left unclean for the couple hours we were there. There was also a large number of games that were out of order. The food was actually better than I remembered it being in the past though. Expect to pay over $20 for one of the cheaper meal combos.

  Pineville is a really great store. It has good pizza, fun games, and one of the best animatronic stage shows that features 5 characters. It used to be a Showbiz Pizza Place back in the 80's. It has nice employees, it is very clean, and they put on great birthday parties. Please have your children RESPECT THE ANIMATRONICS because they are very fragile, they have been around since the 80's when it was Showbiz Pizza, and they are very expensive to repair.

  Manager was really nice. Place was kept clean, no machines were put of order or turned off, and the food was good compared to other Chuck E. Cheese's we've been to. Kids loved it (of course).
