  I do not go to Bokangles often. I stopped there to get an after school snack for my son. If it had not been for the young lady at the register bring pleasant , I would have left would have never gone there was stay there as long as I did. In the ladies bathroom there was a big blob of s*** in the toilet. I told them if I would have gone in the bathroom before I ordered, I would have just left. They would have lost business! Then they didn't know what I was asking for my order and it took 20 minutes just to get my order. They were slow as f%$k! I went in at 3:45 it was 4:05 when I got my order. I told them good thing I didn't come through the drive-thru! I still dudnt get my fries. Hzd to get cold slse5 instead. Find another location!

  Poor customer service. Establishment is very dirty and unorganized, workers uniforms are dirty just appears that they are understaffed and lack customer service skills. This place needs the right management team. Food was decent compared to other bojanges in the area.
